Use the direct URL from your studio or visit www.shopnimbly.com and search for your studio.
Account Setup
Create a family account by clicking the login link and entering your email. Fill in your address and dancer details.
Ordering
From List: Select your class/dress code list, choose sizes/colors, assign to a dancer, and add to cart.
From Full Store: Browse and purchase any product at 10% off retail price.
Shipping and Handling
Nimbly ships products to your home address or to the studio’s address depending on your studio’s preference. The shipping preference of your studio's Nimbly store will be communicated at check out.
Ship dancewear to home: For expedited shipping methods, allow one business day for order fulfillment before the transit time begins.

Return/Exchange Policy
Eligible Items: Dancewear (within 30 days of shipment). Costumes are only eligible for exchange (within 20 days of shipment). Tights are not eligible.
Request Process: Submit through the online RMA form in your Order History.
Exchanges: Processed as new orders. Select a substitute product during RMA submission.
Refunds: Credited to the original credit card within 20 business days of return receipt.
Condition: Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Shoe boxes must be inside a shipping box. Do not tape or damage your shoe box or the item will be refused. Soft goods such as ballet shoes, leotards, skirts, shorts, pants and socks may be packaged in a poly bag.
Labeling: Receive a pre-paid UPS return label via email after completing the RMA form. Include the RMA Summary in the package.

Initiate Return/Exchange (RMA Form)
  • Log into your account at www.ShopNimbly.com
  • Go to "Orders" on the "My Account" menu.
  • Click the Order Number with the product(s) to return/exchange.
  • Click the Return/Exchange link next to the product(s).
  • Complete and submit the RMA form.
